How does it work?
  • How does indaHash work?


  • indaHash is a free application that allows digital influencers to earn money by participating in brand campaigns on their social media profiles. After logging in, digital influencers can see the list of campaigns divided by brands working with indaHash. Only campaigns available to specific digital influencers are visible to them. By clicking on details digital influencers receive the informations containing conditions and tasks that need to be done to complete the assignment. Influencers have to take a photo or record a video and publish it on a social-media account. In the description there should be specific #hashtag and brand's @tag/mention. After completing the task correctly influencers receive a payment. Digital influencers are able to see their remuneration even before they decide whether to participate in the campaign or not.
Registration
  • How can I join indaHash?

  • To join indaHash, download the app from Google Play or the App Store, and register your profile.
  • I’ve registered, but my account isn’t active yet. How long does it take to verify a new account?
  • Verification of your account may take up to 14 days.
  • Why wasn’t my profile accepted?
  • indaHash is a community of digital influencers who have sufficient engagement on their profiles, i.e. the number of likes and comments on posts that matches the number of followers. There may be several reasons if your profile has not been accepted yet by the moderator:
    1. too little time and the moderator has not yet managed to examine your profile,
    2. you have too few followers - we accept Instagram profiles with over 5000 followers and TikTok profiles with over 1000 followers,
    3. you have insufficient level of follower engagement in relation to content published on your profile,
    4. your profile contains content which is incompatible with the terms of use of either indaHash or Instagram,
    5. it is likely that photos published on your profile are not yours, or that you don’t have the copyrights to publish them,
    6. your profile contains too little content (min. 40 posts required per profile).

  • I cannot log in despite entering the login and the password. Why is that?
  • Most likely you were logging on to your Instagram via your Facebook account. Simply reset your Instagram password and use it when you register with indaHash.
Campaigns
  • I’ve logged on to the application but I can’t see any campaigns. What do I do?

  • indaHash campaigns may be addressed to specific categories of Instagram users selected by the advertiser, e.g. to people who have between 5000 and 35,000 followers etc. At indaHash, we are constantly working to ensure that you have as many campaigns available as possible. Campaigns attract huge amount of interest from Instagramers and some end within a short period of time, that’s why it is worth to check the application frequently.
  • How much time do I have to take the photo?
  • You’ve got 24 hours from the time you apply to participate in the campaign, unless the campaign sets a different deadline.
  • On what grounds my photo can be rejected?

  • The photo can be rejected for the following reasons:
    1. it is incompatible with campaign guidelines
    2. it is copied from the Internet
    3. the photo is unattractive or poor quality
    4. It contains products of competing brands (with respect to the advertiser who runs the campaign),
    5. it contains a hashtag which encourages artificial traffic on the profile, e.g. #follow4follow, #F4F, #like4like, L4L etc.,
    6. the user who published the photo does not hold the copyrights to it and cannot use it for commercial purposes,
    7. the photo violates Instagram’s terms of use
    8. the description contains information about profits or the information about indaHash (unless required by the brief),
    9. the photo violates the terms of use of indaHash
    10. the photo portrays the brand (advertiser) in a negative manner.
  • How soon will my photo be accepted?
  • Our moderators accept photos within around 72 hours on business days.
  • Is it possible to make changes in the description of the photo once it is accepted?
  • You may not change your photo description in a way that would change the general meaning of it. If wrong #hashtag or @tag were posted by mistake, they must be corrected, otherwise the system won’t see the photo. Hashtag and the tag may not be deleted either - indaHash will automatically notice the change and will mark you as having rejected the campaign and give you a yellow card.
  • How long does the photo has to be posted on my profile in order to get paid?

  • The photo cannot be deleted from the profile. If you delete it after it is accepted or after you pay out the money, your indaHash account will be suspended.
  • Can I delete photos after they have been accepted/after I have been paid?
  • You may not delete photos published as part of an indaHash campaign. If you delete the photo once it is accepted or after you have been paid, you may be suspended. Your account on indaHash can be suspended.
  • Can I participate more than one time in the same campaign?
  • Each Instagram account can only participate in each campaign once.
  • Can I participate in several campaigns in a single day?
  • You can participate in one campaign in a 24 hour period..
  • Do I have to participate in all campaigns?
  • With indaHash, you choose which campaigns you want to participate in. You can choose campaigns that best match the profile of your account and perform tasks on behalf of brands you like the best.
  • What are the yellow and red cards?
  • Yellow cards are given for:
    1. deleting your photo after the campaign is completed,
    2. failing to publish the photo within 24 hours after joining the campaign,
    3. posting a photo incompatible with the campaign requirements, including photos which:
      1. are incompatible with campaign guidelines
      2. are copied from the Internet
      3. are unattractive or poor quality
      4. contain products of competing brands (versus the advertiser who runs the campaign),
      5. contains a hashtag which encourages people to generate artificial traffic, e.g. #follow4follow, #F4F, #like4like, L4L itp.,
      6. the user who published the photo does not hold copyrights to it and cannot use it for commercial purposes
      7. the photo violates the terms of use of Instagram
      8. the description contains information about profits or about indaHash (unless required by the brief)
      9. the photo violates terms of use of indaHash (IDH Media Limited)
      10. the photo portrays the brand (advertiser) in a negative manner

     


     Two yellow cards equal one red card, i.e. suspension of indaHash account.
  • Two yellow cards equal one red card, i.e. suspension of indaHash account.
  • Getting two yellow cards will give you a red card and your account will be suspended for 12 months.
Profits and payment
  • How soon after I join the campaign can I request for the money to be paid out?
  • Withdrawals are available immediately after you reach the minimum payment requirement. There are two types of withdrawals - Standard and "Fast withdrawal".
    You can request the standard withdrawal every 30 days and the money will be transferred to your account within 8 weeks from when your request for payment was made. You can request the "Fast withdrawal" option anytime (in exchange for 10% commission) and the money will be sent within 3 business dayss.
  • What determines my rate per post? I have attracted more followers recently, but my rate hasn’t changed. Why is that?
  • indaHash uses an algorithm that calculates the rate based on your reach and on your followers’ engagement level. There may be situations where the reach of your profile (the number of followers) goes up, but engagement levels decline. To increase your engagement level, it’s best to publish high-quality, creative and attractive photos and interact with your followers.
  • How do I withdraw my earnings?
  • Our payment process is very simple - just open up the scrollable menu on the left side and enter the Money tab. Then click on Pay out. Your request for payment will be checked and executed. Remember that you need to accumulate a minimum amount to pay out your earnings, and you can make one payment every 30 days.

  • Can I pay out the money in ways other than via transfer to my account?
  • No. Transfer to your account is the only option to pay out the money earned using indaHash. In order to get the money enter the correct bank account number in the Settings tab in menu on the left side in indaHash app. Remember that indaHash is unable to check the correctness of the bank account number you gave, so please make sure to check that it is the right number.
  • Do I have to pay tax on money earned from indaHash campaigns?
  • Yes, you have to pay the tax according to laws of your country of residence and citizenship. indaHash is an international project and we offer our services to users from many different countries. Each campaign participant should declare the income according to the law of their country of residence.
  • What is the IBAN number?
  • IBAN is the international bank account number. You can generate it very easily by yourself - first add the two letters representing your country - PL in the case of Poland, then check your bank’s number on the Internet by looking up the bank’s name and IBAN in Google and then add that number to your account. Sounds complicated but in reality it is very simple.

     

  • What is a SWIFT number?
  • SWIFT CODE is the code of your bank and you can easily find it on the Internet by searching for the name of your bank and the word SWIFT.

  • What are the benefits of withdrawals in indaHash Coin (IDH)?

  • How to withdraw/send indaHash Coin (IDH)?
    1. In order to convert indaHash Coin (IDH) to a fiat currency (Dollar, Euro, etc.) you must first exchange indaHash Coin (IDH) to Bitcoin (BTC) or Ethereum (ETH).
    2. Then you can sell Bitcoin (BTC) or Ethereum (ETH) on an exchange which offers the trading of cryptocurrencies to fiat currencies.

  • Where can I store my indaHash Coin (IDH)?
  • Because indaHash Coin (IDH) is an ERC20 token, you have to store it on a wallet that supports ERC20 tokens. For example Myetherwallet (desktop) or Trust Wallet (mobile), which we recommend for its user friendliness!
  • What are the planned future implementations of indaHash Coin (IDH)?
    1. Tokenization! Influencers can also create their own tokens and use them to increase their audience engagement by use of rewards and gamification. The influencers’ audience can use tokens and exchange them for exclusive actions such as signed prizes by the influencer, closed meetings and social activities.
    2. Ability to exchange indaHash Coin for indaHash Deal feature, enabling collaboration with brands and local businesses: Early access to brand products, novelties and discounts when shopping or using local services (like restaurants, hotels, etc.). Technical issues
  • The app doesn’t work - all it shows is a white screen. What do I do?
  • Switch off the app completely and then switch it back on. If that won’t make the app work properly, delete it and reinstall again. If the problem keeps occurring, write us at {support_email_address}
  • How to delete my account at indaHash?
  • If you want to delete your indaHash account, write an official e-mail with that request and send it to {support_email_address}. Your account will be deleted.
